Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard via Nochex. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Returns Policy
Binocularexpress aims to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. All our merchandise carries a manufacturers’ guarantee against defective materials and workmanship.

In addition, Binocularexpress will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition, undamaged within 7 working days of delivery. Carriage charges are not refundable.

Goods returned after 7 working days will only be accepted at the discretion of Binocularexpress and will be subject to to a 20% restocking fee.

If goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we ask you to notify us within 3 days via phone or email and send them back to us using an appropriate method such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods and if they are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return and take the appropriate action to replace/fix the product as soon as possible.

Shipping And Handling
The majority of our shipping is currently done by Royal mail recorded or Special delivery. All goods dispatched MUST be signed for on delivery. Royal mail will attempt to deliver a maximum of 2 times. If a delivery is unsuccessful picked up at local RM depot after one week the items are then returned to Binocularexpress. The customer will be charged an additional fee for redelivery. More information is available during the shipping phase of the payment procedure.

Delivery Schedule
If your item is in stock (and most items are) we endeavor, where possible, to dispatch your order on the same day that we receive it for a next day delivery, however please allow up to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in under 14 days.
If your item is out of stock we will contact you to advise of a suitable delivery date. Most items are back in stock within 3 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

 

Tax Charges
All items listed are inclusive of 17.5% VAT for the UK & European Union. Items ordered from outside
