In addition, Binocularexpress will refund the cost of goods purchased where the client is dissatisfied, provided that the goods and packaging are returned in their original condition, undamaged within 7 working days of delivery. Carriage charges are not refundable.
Goods returned after 7 working days will only be accepted at the discretion of Binocularexpress and will be subject to to a 20% restocking fee.
If goods are found to be faulty on receipt, we ask you to notify us within 3 days via phone or email and send them back to us using an appropriate method such as Royal Mail Special or Recorded delivery. We will inspect the goods and if they are found to be faulty we will refund the cost of the return and take the appropriate action to replace/fix the product as soon as possible.
